For a fitter stronger you
About me
Sam is a big believer in not having to turn your world upside down in order to get to where you want to be. Implementing small changes into your lifestyle adds up to big results and is much less disruptive.
It’s important to understand that everyone is different and therefore it’s key to develop a routine that you enjoy but also fits into your everyday life.
So, if you’re looking to lose fat, gain muscle or require specific conditioning for an upcoming event, your goal becomes our goal and together we will achieve.
We run various sessions at The Studio, but it’s important to train wherever you feel most comfortable, so if you’d prefer we can come to your own home.
Sam is a REPs 3 qualified personal trainer here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
What is Fitness and Wellbeing
For a very long time, people have considered fitness almost as an independent aspect of our lives. An aspect driven by diet and exercise.
Nowadays we take a much more holistic approach to our physical heath, one which also encompasses as much emphasis on our mental health. After all, it’s what’s in our head that controls what we do with our body.
I haven't done any exercise for years. How do I start?
Our Bootcamp sessions are designed for all abilities and newcomers are always welcome. But if you’d like a more personal approach, we can devise a specific programme to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
From then on, it’s all about how much time and effort you are prepared to put in.
Do I have to run?
We know some people just hate running. And we can do a great deal of work on your fitness without running.
I don't have the right gear for it.
I have a medical condition or disabilty. Can I still do take part?
