We have been running yoga classes at The Studio since 2018. Our regular teacher Debra has moved on to patures new, so we are actively seeking new teachers for those regular students that would like to continue their classes in these calm and peaceful surroundings.

My classes take a slow approach to all poses and achieve the correct alignment of your body before taking the pose to another level. Once you feel confident, assured and knowledgeable about the pose, we then take the practice further.
